Key Responsibilities:
- Assisting residents to attend appointments and participate in community activities, such as hobbies, classes, and social gatherings.
- Encouraging and promoting independence among the individuals in our care.
- Administering medication as needed, keeping accurate records of administration.
- Providing nutritional support, which includes meal preparation.
- Performing household duties to maintain a clean and comfortable living environment.
- Assisting with personal care tasks, such as bathing, dressing, oral care, and toileting.
- Assisting with mobility needs using aids like hoists and standing aids as necessary.
- Providing companionship to enhance the emotional well-being of our residents.
- Safeguarding residents and maintaining a high standard of well-being.
